Guidelines for Ethical Conduct: Boowon Optical Co., Ltd. establishes the guidelines for ethical conduct for the implementation of the Charter of Ethics. These guidelines for ethical conduct are the guideline for the specific implementation of the Code of Ethics and define the standards for ethical behavior of employees. All executives and employees must comply with these guidelines for ethical conduct as a guide for decision-making and action in conducting business

Purpose

When listening to customers, Boowon Optical does not place any restrictions or conditions, and creates the customer value prior to customer demand by providing products and services from the customer's point of view. The purpose is to specify the requirements for details such as money and valuables, entertainment/hospitality, convenience, and gifts (goods) in relation to the implementation of the Code of Ethics.

2Entertainment/ hospitality: Benefits such as meals, drinking party, sports (golf, etc.), entertainment

3Convenience: Economic loss to the other party for the convenience of the recipient, such as accommodation, transportation, tourism information, and support for various events other than money and valuables, entertainment/hospitality

4Receipt: Receiving money and valuables, entertainment/hospitality, convenience, gifts (goods), etc. for free

5Partners: Refer to all individuals, corporations, and other organizations that are in a business relationship with Boowon Optical

Ethical standards for business performance

1Prohibition of receiving unfair economic benefits: You should not receive money and valuables, entertainment/hospitality, convenience, gifts (goods) provided by partner companies.

2Prohibition of unfair acts using duties and positions: 1. Receipt of convenience (except for convenience provided to all participants in relation to official events); 2. Using partner companies for property gains such as personal debt repayment and guarantee for bank loans; 3. Borrowing money, renting, receiving collateral, and buying movable assets and real estate at a price lower than common sense
